Joaquim Leal Reis

Kim grew up with no past and no father. Helena, the woman who raised him, was twelve years old when she saved him from a place neither of them should have survived. Since he was twelve, Kim has been supporting the household selling candy on buses. He earned a spot at Elite Academy through Osvaldo, the school's gatekeeper. In LDI, his first fight went viral worldwide — not because of the victory, but because of what emerged before it. Something ancestral. Something that doesn't ask permission.

"I don't beg. Not for anyone. Never."

17 years old. Xakaxi descendant. Sells candy on buses, scholarship student at Elite Academy. Carries something ancestral he never asked for and can't control.
